A semi-retired car thief, Atley is past his prime and stuck babysitting the actual carjackers while he twiddles his thumbs and makes things go smooth. He's currently employed by Raymond Calitri and while it isn't what he'd prefer, it's a living.

He used to run with a crew and they were the best 'til the one man who had stepped up as their impromptu leader took off. It was all for a good cause; Memphis' mother had wanted to keep his little brother out of the life and the man dropped them all to give her that. Shame that Atley's now watching Kip Raines boost cars just like his brother used to do.
